May 2025: Stories Worth Telling

This month at Polar, we took a well-deserved pause to celebrate a big milestone - Polar’s 9th birthday. We marked the occasion with a rooftop gathering at our Ramat Gan office, where the team came together for an evening of city views, pizza, and playful activities. It was a joyful moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and the kind of culture we’ve built - one that values collaboration, curiosity, and good company.

But the celebration didn’t stop there. As part of our birthday week, we also hosted an in-office lecture on minimalism and home organization, exploring how intentional choices in our personal spaces can lead to more clarity, focus, and creativity in our life. The session sparked great conversations and left many of us rethinking the way we structure both our homes and our days.

We’re nine years in - and still just getting started.

From Workshops to DeckBoost: Helping Founders Tell Better Stories

This May, we ran storytelling workshops with startup accelerators across Finland, Lithuania, and Estonia - partnering with Terkko Health Hub, RedBrick, Baltic Sandbox, and Helsinki Incubators to help early-stage founders shape sharper, clearer investor narratives.

To keep that momentum going, we’ve launched DeckBoost - a new storytelling and design upgrade built specifically for early-stage teams looking to raise.

DeckBoost combines:

  • A slide-by-slide storytelling review, packed with actionable feedback and a prioritized checklist to sharpen your message
  • A deck design upgrade, where we polish your 8 key slides and equip you with branded master layouts in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • A set of design principles so you can extend the new aesthetic with confidence

Whether you joined us in Helsinki or are just now finding us - DeckBoost helps you tell your story like it matters. Because it does.

Introducing Tellit: Designed for Founders, Built by Polar

For nearly a decade, we’ve helped early-stage founders craft the decks that define their funding journeys - shaping the way they tell their stories, connect with investors, and grow their companies.

Now, we’re channeling that experience into something new: Tellit - our first internal product.

Tellit is a platform designed to help founders build a clear, compelling investor page - combining pitch content, team info, files, CTAs, and even video - all in one place, with presentation-level polish and complete control.

While Tellit is still in its early stages, we’re excited to share the brand behind it. The logo blends a deck shape with a speaker icon, symbolizing the power of structured storytelling. The palette is deliberately muted - greys that let founders’ content lead - with a bold pink accent borrowed from Polar’s own branding to signal confidence and clarity.

This isn’t a shift in what we do - it’s an extension of it.
There’s more to come soon, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next.

New Partners, New Possibilities: Tamnoon & OpenOps

We’re excited to welcome two new clients to the Polar lineup - both at the forefront of cloud innovation.

Tamnoon offers a managed cloud security remediation platform that combines AI-driven automation with expert human oversight. Their solution streamlines the process of identifying and resolving cloud security issues, ensuring that organizations can maintain robust security postures with minimal operational overhead.

OpenOps is a no-code FinOps automation platform designed to help organizations optimize cloud costs and streamline financial operations. By providing customizable workflows and seamless integrations with various cloud providers and tools, OpenOps enables teams to implement effective financial governance without the need for extensive coding.

Both came to us with strong existing brand foundations - and our role was to elevate them. We’ve worked closely with each team to enhance their visual language and web presence, bringing clarity, energy, and a sharper design focus to every page.

From thoughtful page design to marketing visuals that scale, these partnerships are already moving fast: new product pages, bold new designs, and a shared commitment to helping their brands grow with purpose.

We’re proud to play a design role in their next chapters - and excited to keep building together.
