Who You Are
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a professional Web Designer and Webflow Developer with a strong design mindset. You should excel in modern web design, clean structures, refined visual systems, and high quality execution. This role requires the ability to move from concept to polished Webflow builds while using AI tools to support research, ideation, asset creation, and QA.
What You will do
- Design modern websites using strong grids, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Create illustrations and image making for clean brand storytelling
- Build your designs in Webflow using organized structures
- Collaborate with tech startup clients and our internal team
- Use AI tools for design references, content generation, asset workflows, and development support
What You bring
- Degree in Visual Communication or Design from a known institution
- 2+ years of experience in web design and Webflow development
- Strong portfolio with modern, structured design work
- Professional Webflow development skills
- Deep understanding of responsive layouts and visual systems
- Experience with Finsweet Client First
- Illustration and image making skills
- Animation skills are a strong advantage
- Experience using AI tools in the design or development workflow
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high quality results
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage several projects at once
