Who You Are
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Web Designer who can create beautiful, modern websites and visual storytelling for tech startups. Illustration and image making are a must. You will design in Figma, deliver clean handoffs, and use AI tools to speed up research, exploration, and asset creation.
What You will do
- Design high quality websites using modern layout systems and typography
- Create custom illustrations and unique image making
- Build animations and motion concepts that bring experiences to life
- Work with founders and tech product teams in a fast paced environment
- Deliver organized design files using Figma components and variables
- Use AI tools for research, concept generation, visual exploration, and asset optimization
What You bring
- Degree in Visual Communication or Design from a known institution
- 2+ years of experience in professional web design
- A strong design portfolio with modern web design work
- Illustration and image creation abilities
- Experience working with tech startups
- Animation and motion skills are a big advantage
- Excellent Figma skills with components, variables, and organized systems
- Ability to integrate AI tools into the design workflow for speed and quality
- Strong understanding of layout across different mediums such as one pagers, white papers, and modern web grids with clear typography
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage several projects at once
About the process
Candidates with a strong portfolio will be invited to a meeting with our team lead. Selected candidates will then receive a short home assignment relevant to the role. We review every application carefully and will contact you if there is a match.
